A Unique Boutique in Outer Sunset

General Store is a boutique located in the Outer Sunset that features handmade and locally made goods. It is a great place to shop for gifts!
You can find anything from home goods to jewelry, clothing and kids toys. All items are carefully curated and most are locally made. The last time we were there Atlas picked out a wooden rainbow puzzle and some greeting cards.
The aesthetic is beautiful and the vibe is calm. When you walk in it is easy to see that every item was put in it's place with great care.
Aside from it's beautiful aesthetic, the reason I love this store so much is that it features an inviting community garden gathering space. I love this idea since not everyone in SF has a backyard.
They encourage people to use and enjoy the space. You can find photos of the greenhouse all over yelp and instagram. We go back there every time we visit and Atlas plays with the rocks.
Parking in this area can be tricky on the weekends so allow a little extra time for that. During the week I always find a spot right in front of the store.

General Store es una boutique ubicada en Outer Sunset que cuenta con productos hechos a mano y de fabricación local. Es un gran lugar para comprar regalos.
Puede encontrar desde artículos para el hogar hasta joyas, ropa y juguetes para niños. Todos los artículos son productos artesanales cuidadosamente seleccionados y la mayoría son hechos allí mismo.
La última vez que estuvimos allí, Atlas eligió un rompecabezas de arcoiris de madera y algunas tarjetas de saludo y felicitaciones.
Aparte de su bella estética, la razón por la que amo tanto esta tienda es porque cuenta con un atractivo espacio para reunirse en el jardín comunitario. Me encanta esta idea, ya que no todos en SF tienen un patio trasero.
Animan a las personas a usar y disfrutar el espacio. Volvemos allí cada vez que visitamos el lugar y Atlas juega con las rocas.
